Once understood, you can identify with your role in the business and maximize your time management. Understanding why certain traits are needed so that you can mentally compartmentalize becoming the COE of your thinking as an entrepreneur or, in many cases, as a professional Salesperson.
For example, an employee is programmed to seek direction, while Entrepreneurs create pathways.
Furthermore, an employee seeks help when a problem arises, not solutions.
Entrepreneurs must have the mindset to create the solutions that keep the organization moving forward.
